PERSPECTIVES OF DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT PROBLEMS SOLVING

Abstract

This article describes the methodological and technique problems of psychological assessment of deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. It determines the role of sociocultural conception of deafness in that methodological change. At this article opens the role of Sign Language in the tests and procedures of psychological assessment of deaf and hard-of-hearing. Also, it determines and describes the main stages of Sign Language accommodation of psychological assessment tests and procedures.
