FEATURES OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF PERSONALITY

Abstract

The article shows the relevance of the study of socio-psychological adaptation (SPA). The indicators of socio-psychological adaptation are considered: adaptability – inadequacy, adaptation – disadaptation. Identified differences between concepts of «adaptation» and «socialization». The peculiarities of the socio-psychological adaptation of the individual (on the example of trade agents) are elucidated. The links between socio-psychological adaptation and other individual psychological characteristics of the individual are defined.
