POSITIVE EFFECTS OF EMOTIONAL WORK

Abstract
The article shows that emotional harmonization is in a complex interdependence with the characteristics of emotional work, has a direct impact on the formation of its positive effects on the basis of situational characteristics and individual resources and indirect influence based on organizational requirements.
