PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF FUTURE SPECIALIST IN THE SOCIAL WORK FIELD DURING WAR LAW
Abstract
Purpose – to present an empirical study results of the relevance and importance of professional identityof future specialists the social work field during war law. Methods. Theoretical analysis and synthesis, “Who am I?” M. Kun and T. Makpartland, the criterion of φ* – angular transformationof the Fisher. Results. The psychological essence of the concept of “professional identity of future specialistsof social work” is revealed. It is determined that the professional identity of future specialists in the fieldof social work is the result of their identification with the professional community of employees of thisfield or its significant representatives. The results of the empirical study of the relevance and importanceof professional identity of future specialists of the field of social work by gender are presented and analyzed.Conclusions. It is empirically established that for the predominant number of subjects (almost three fourthparts), future professional activity in the field of social work is irrelevant in wartime. For the rest of the subjects,namely, almost 1.5 times more than the number of women under study, compared to the male under study, futureprofessional activity in the field of social work was relevant. The high level of significance of professionalidentity has been observed almost 2 times more than the female studied, compared to the number of male understudy. The average level of significance of professional identity is characterized by the same number of femaleand male. The low level of significance of professional identity is found only in the female. The promisingdirection of further scientific research is to develop an effective program for the development of professional“I” of future specialists of the field of social work during their preparation in higher education institutions.
