SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE PSYCHOLOGIST
Abstract
Purpose – to reveal the socio-psychological features of the formation and development of creative competence of the future psychologist in the process of vocational education.
Methods: method of theoretical analysis (comparative, retrospective); methods of scientific knowledge (comparison, comparison of various documentary and research data, synthesis, abstraction); prognostic methods (generalization of independent characteristics, modeling); empirical methods (observation, analysis of products of activity, psychodiagnostic techniques); statistical methods.
Results. The concept of the formation and development of creative competence of the future psychologist, the leading idea of which is the creation of a creative developing educational space, has been developed and implemented. The model of formation and development of creative competence of the future psychologist is constructed as a system, which includes managing, managed, technological subsystems and a complex of socio-psychological, methodological and specific conditions. Criteria and indicators are developed, the levels of formation of the creative competence of the future psychologist are described. The program of social and psychological support of the process of formation of the creative competence of the future psychologist, which includes a set of innovative methods and forms of educational and creative activity, is developed.
Conclusions. The application of the diagnostic apparatus at various stages of experimental and experimental work provided a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of the formation and development of creative competence of future psychologists. An analysis of the results of the comprehensive diagnosis of their professional training showed that creative competence is determined as a informational and educational (creative erudition), technological (creative skill), and personal and creative (creative readiness) components.
The application of innovative educational technology and the system of socio-psychological conditions influenced the effective formation and development of the creative competence of future psychologists. The system of socio-psychological conditions of the formation and development of creative competence of future psychologists, which consists of actual social and psychological conditions (implementation of a systematic approach, scientifically grounded organization of the process of professionalization, creation of creative developing educational space), methodological conditions (realization) is proved, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. competent approach, mastery of future psychologists technologies of innovative creative development and self-development, activation research collaboration) and specific conditions (implementation of personality-developing approach, optimal intellectual and spiritual, social and individual, normative and creative development of psychologists).
