EMPIRICAL INVESTIGATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY OF THE UNITED FORCES OPERATION MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS

Abstract

The article presents study results of the levels of structural components and the level of psychological stability. The analysis of the essence of psychological stability and its structure is carried out.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is the theoretical analysis of scientific sources on the problem studied, determination of psychological stability of the United Forces Operation (UFO) military service members, analysis of its structural model and empirical study of the components.

Мethods. A complex of methods was used for solving the problems of study. Theoretical: analysis of peculiarities and structure of the psychological stability of military service members; empirical: psychodiagnostic techniques: multilevel personal questionnaire “Adaptivity”; multi-factor personal questionnaire FPI; self-assessment of the will power test; test of progressive Raven matrices; SUN technique; Methodology “Self-assessment of emotional states” (author A.E. Usman and D.F. Rick).

Results. The essence of psychological stability and its components are determined on the basis of detailed theoretical and psychological analysis. The processing of the results and the interpretation of all methods have made it possible to determine the levels of each structural component and, in general, the level of psychological stability of military service members.

Conclusions. In addition, the article presents in detail concrete conclusions and the results of the empirical research on psychological sustainability and its components. It is revealed that the psychological stability of middle-level military service member is the evidence of effective performance of professional tasks under the influence of emotional factors of moderate complexity: that is, a service member makes a mistake, insufficiently analyzes negative phenomena, which can also lead to reducing the performance of their professional tasks.

It has been established that all components service member are in permanent interaction, which forms their psychological stability, and as a result, the service members are able to withstand destructive emotional states and effectively carry out tasks in professional activity.
