Abstract

The article is devoted to psychological analysis of subjective factors that lead to a person’s attitude to the labor. First of all, in article discloses the interrelation of objective and subjective factors, which form attitude to the labor. The author suggests considering the basic individual person’s characteristics as important subjective factors. These factors can set the basis for the certain person’s attitude to the labor. This article also contains the description and analysis of these individual psychological characteristics. Moreover, this paper contains the assumption that practical study of these characteristics will make a possible to reveal the causes of a person’s attitude to the labor. This makes it possible to make forecasts regarding the particularity of the labor activity of the person.
