Abstract

In the article was analyzed theoretical approaches to the understanding of self-regulation of personality as a complex systemic phenomenon, which includes the content, procedural components and self-esteem of a personality. Self-regulation is considered as the key competence of specialists as a factor ensuring their professional success.
