THE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF MODERN HEAD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article defined features of professional activity of head of institutions of secondary education. It carried out a theoretical analysis of concept emotiogenic situations. The features of emotiogenic situations in professional activity of head of institutions of secondary education are determined. The development of emotional intelligence is considered as a personal resource of head, which affects efficient execution of his professional activity in emotiogenic situations.
