THE MECHANISM OF DEMAND WITHIN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SOCIALISATION OF HEADS OF AGENCIES AND DEPARTMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

An issue of a professional demand of a head’s personality is raised in the article. It has been represented the summarized results of an empirical investigation of the demand within the system of professional and personal socialization of head managers. It has been statistically grounded the necessity of implementation of the corrective measures of indicators of the professional demand of the personality of heads of agencies and departments of the MIA of Ukraine.
