Abstract

The article considers the psychological features of motivational and value area of students majoring in engineering as developing factors of their leadership potential. It is determined the factor structure of motivational and value area of future specialists. Through claster analysis it is received typological characteristics of motivational and value area, which are formed into profiles. It is determined the features of motivational profiles of future engineers-leaders.
