Abstract

The author discusses the theoretical and applied aspects of social psychology of personality and psychology of high school that are related to education and the implementation of the third stage of Bolonya process – educational training methodology of postgraduate students or Phds, which combines the alternative programm modules: research and pedagogical. In the frame of the pedagogical module which need to be explored and based on the competence approach and under the light goal’s achievement to have been mastered the lecture’s art in the university the innovative training complex for Phds is proposed. This comlex is aimed at to learn Phds to design the didactic computer presentations of lecture courses on speciality. Additionally the author addresses the problem of developing linguistic personality and speech-rhetorical competencies in Phds through specially organised computer presentation’s trainings aimed at activating mechanisms of metareflection, positive awareness of speech skills and writing abilities, speech and rhetorical competencies and mechanisms of personal growth of linguistic personality.
