The article is devoted to the study of emotional “burnout” among of workers State Service for Emergencies of Ukraine. The author justified the relevance and importance of the problem. Studied the psychological peculiarities of emotional “burnout” of workers, the factors of its occurrence. Defined stages, levels and basic models of “burnout”.
