Abstract

In the article made a theoretical examination of emotional-volitional sphere of seaman’s personality, conducted an empirical analysis of resistance to stress and viability as factors of professional success of future workers of river and marine transport, determined a relationships between regulatory mechanisms and features of coping strategies’ use by future seamen during vocational training.
