THE REFLECTIVE COMPETENCE AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF THE ORGANIZATION OF A REFLECTIVE EXPERIENCE AT THE PERSONAL LEVEL

Abstract

In the article the author verifies the three-component model of the personality’s reflective experience that integrates the reflective potential, the reflective competence and the procedural components, proves that the reflective competence is an important factor of the internal organization of the system of the reflective experience and the system of the reflective resources as a part of it.
