Abstract

The article raised the problem of emotional burnout of a woman. One of the prerequisites of emotional burnout of a woman is family conflicts. Certainly all family conflicts influence the emotional sphere of personality that eventually leads to emotional burnout. Emotional burnout is a manufactured personality psychological defense mechanism in the form of full or partial exclusion of emotion in response to selected stressful influences. Emotional burnout does not occur suddenly; this problem is accumulating for some time, and only occasionally is manifested as symptoms.
