Abstract

In the article is shown that the professional trainings could focus on the following points: the determination of the requirements that are imposed on the professional, a list of his basic functions that constitute the content of the professional activity, the system of qualities that enter into the model of a specialist, as well as a set of professional situations that a specialist may encounter in his or her activity. However, it does not mean that the requirements are definitively determined and rigidly fixed. The functional composition of the activity is considered as a flexible system of circumstances, taking into account with the characteristics of participants in the professional activities.
