AS TO PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF KINDERGARTEN EDUCATERS

Abstract

The empiric research data in the sample of educators from the different types of kindergartens – communal residential and private cities’ one is got confirmed multilevel relationships between psychological well-being and different personality resources. There have become statistically evident that private kindergartens’ edu­cators have strict hierarchical and significant correlates between two groups of variables. Besides the private kindergarten educators have more than less preferable structure of psychological well-being, as compared to communal ones in eudemon’s features. As to educators’ success performance it is concluded, the Ukrainian system of communal residential kindergarten must be better ready to methodology of pedagogical job’s joy and the effective pedagogical functioning for bringing-up.
