STRATEGIES OF CONFLICT BEHAVIOR OF THE MEDICAL INSTITUTE STUDENTS

Abstract

The article describes the results of study of the main strategies of behavior in conflict situations for students of a medical institute. Future doctors are focused on using the avoidance strategy. It is revealed that the strategies of behavior in the conflict depend not only on the psychological characteristics of the subject of the conflict, but also on the characteristics of other participants in the conflict and their individual qualities.
