PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF THE ROCKET-AND-SPACE TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of psychological conditions of the professional re­sponsibility development of future specialists of the rocket-and-space technology. The structural organization and contents of the professional responsibility of a rocket-and-space technology specialist have been shown. It has been proven the conditions of the professional responsibility development of future specialists of the rocket-and-space technology include the following: recognition of responsibility as a professionally signif­icant quality; developing of socially responsible behavior motives; intensity of the volitional qualities of a personality; internality of the subjective control; intensity of a sense of conscience; awareness of the behavior self-regulation in professional activities.
