Abstract

This article highlights the theoretical analysis’ results of psychological and pedagogical conditions of a technologist creative potential development in food industry. The importance of creative potential development for a food industry specialist has been substantiated. The domestic research analysis of psychological and pedagogical conditions of a technologist’ creative potential development has been carried out. There has been presented the interpretation of a “conditions” term as a complex of external and internal environmental phenomena that significantly influence the development of a particular phenomenon which is mediated by the activity of either individual or group activity. The psychological conditions of a food industry technologist’ creative potential development have been considered. The pedagogical conditions analysis of a food industry specialist’s creative potential development has been made. The current state of elaborating the above mentioned problem and prospects for its solution have been revealed.
