Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the empirical research results of peculiarities of structural components of personal and professional self-development as an aspect of professional communication culture of civil servants: psychological readiness, psychological preparation, and acmeological invariants of the personality’s professionalism. The author compares the indicators of the data diagnostics of structural components of personal and professional self-development as an aspect of professional communication culture of civil servants with different professional experience.
