FEATURES OF INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE ON MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

Abstract

The article emphasizes the importance of making decisions in our daily lives and activities. It is noted that each of us has to take the right decision and execution in accordance with the decision. However, in the forma­tion and performance of our solutions is influenced by many factors, so we can not get results in a short time. One of the factors influencing it is in a social environment and the team to be the person running. Essential influential force management is related to the management style. To identify the psychological characteristics of the impact on the style of leadership and management effectiveness, including the impact of their individ­ual psychological characteristics of management in the article have been conducted theoretical and practical researches.
