SYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF PERSONALITY AS THE DETERMINANT OF HIS PROFESSIONAL POTENTIAL IN HIS LATE MATURE AGE

Abstract

The article solves the problem of pension reform in Ukraine, which actualizes the subject of professional re-adaptation, unclaimedness, re-training for competitiveness in the labor market, which cannot but affect the mental and professional health of Ukrainian citizens. The analysis of scientific sources made it possible to put forward assumption, that despite the decrease of psychophysical functions of a person, late mature age is one of the most productive periods in person’s creativity, the integration of the psycho-professional aspect of life. The purpose of the publication is to present a psychological analysis of the concept of potential, the innovative potential, the phenomenon of unemployment and its impact on the mental health of people of near retirement age, as well as the results of the study of the motives of late apprenticeship and the perception of this situation.
