PECULIARITIES OF STUDYING OF THE PHENOMENON OF LOVE IN PSYCHOLOGY

Abstract

The article presents material of own research on the definition of meaning-making factors of feeling of love.The purpose of our study is to identify the main aspects of the problem of experiencing love by women.General-scientific, special-scientific, as well as empirical research methods are used in order to reveal the basiccontent characteristics of the problem. Diagnostic methods and analysis of the obtained results are described.Results. The author examines scientific researches and ideas of experiencing the feeling of love. Psychologicalfeatures of formation and development the ability to love in various life situations, peculiarities of showinglove as a component of a way of life are analyzed. According to the results of our study, we noted the semantic systems of experiencing love through their reflection in the individual worldview of personality. The mainmanifestations of the experience of love are indicated. According to the results of our study, we determinedthat the subject is not able to feel and understand their own experiences deeply if one of the manifestationsof personality predominates (emotional-sensual or rational).We came to the conclusion that the lack of availability of the feeling of love is due to the discrepancybetween the content component of love and the emotional-sensory component of the experience. It determinesthe need to expand and deepen the understanding of the content and structure of the experience of love, whichis very important for the implementation of the psychologist in practice of solving a range of problems ininterpersonal relationships of partners. Perspectives for the study of the phenomenon of love are the studyof the peculiarities of the experience, the influence of their own concept of love on the formation of loverelationships, the formation of the ability to experience and create a constructive love. Since the developmentof personality is a dynamic process, the content of the experience of love, as one of the main values of man, isundergoing transformations, encourages us to study this problem more thoroughly.
