Abstract

The article considers to the necessity of studying and systematization of psychodiagnostic complexes during the complex psychological and psychiatric examinations for the analysis of mental disorders at the moment of the commitment of a delict. It emphasizes the necessity to analyze the impact of the implementation of the wrongful act of psychological complex variables: intellectual level, volitional processes, mental health, special attention, emotional displays, the short-term nature of the stress episodes etc. Also the paper analyzes the development of psychological approaches in conducting examinations in general.
