PECULIARITIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN TEENAGE

Abstract

The article deals with the psychological peculiarities of the development of emotional intelligence of adolescents. A level of the development of emotional intelligence of teenagers is empirically determined. It is found that the age peculiarities of adolescents contribute to the development of intrapersonal emotional intelligence, which is reflected in the capacity for the emotional self-knowledge. At the same time, the social situation of the evolvement of teenager ensures the development of interpersonal emotional intelligence.
