Abstract

The article presents the methodology of unfinished sentences “Bodily-self Verbalization” as an independent tool for studying the symptoms of an individual’s psychosomatic competency which meets the modern requirements for providing psychometric grounds of personality research methods. The following signs of psychosomatic competence are defined in the structure of the offered methods of unfinished sentences “Bodily-self Verbalization”. They are: awareness, bodily self-comprehension, intraception, metphoricalness, causality, ability to conduct a dialogue, subjectivity, integrity.
