The article is devoted to a development and testing of correction methods that are directed on creation of adaptive personality-environmental coping resources that can prevent and overcome the emotional burn out among teachers of special schools for children with intellectual disabilities. The tasks, structure and methods of the training seminar are represented as the chosen form of psychological correction. With the help of a control experiment the effectiveness of the developed psycho-correction techniques were tested and the feasibility of their implementation in the work of psychological services, special boarding schools for children with intellectual disabilities was confirmed.
