Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to the problem of studying organizational and professional stresses among specialists in the socionic sphere. Socio-psychological factors of prevention of organizational and professional stresses among specialists in the socionic sphere are defined: an optimistic cognitive style characterized by an active vital position, love of life, high motivation for achievement, orientation toward motor and speech activity; the ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships, make and take instrumental and emotional support; ability to adaptive thinking, which indicates awareness, self-control, reflexivity, flexibility of thinking, the ability to distance oneself from traumatic events, reduces the manifestation of stress symptoms; ability to confident behavior, which manifests itself in self-confidence, social courage, initiative, positive attitude towards oneself, responsibility, social competence; the ability to manage psychophysiological conditions; the ability to self-organize life time, including the ability to rationally manage the time of one's own life, to plan and determine the priorities of one's own affairs, punctuality.
