Abstract

The article proposed and described a theoretical model of the structure and content of motivation of labor activity of customs officers. This article shows a cluster analysis of the results of studying the subsystem of latent motivation of customs work with a subsystem of socio-demographic factors. The components of these clusters were analyzed using structural equations.
