Abstract

The article deals with the research and analysis of the results of the level of psychological proximity be­tween people, which contributes to either the ease of interaction between them or the communication char­acterized by symbolism, alienation and formality. The obtained data reveal the social distance as part of the psychodiagnostic complex, which contributes to the formation of xenophobia.
