PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS OF THE HEADS OF MIA OF UKRAINE

Abstract

This article attempted to present the psychological analysis of the concept and features of “administrative decision” made by the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It is presented the author’s vision of the concept of the administrative decisions. There is determined the features that define the essence of the administrative decisions. It is executed the classification of the administrative decisions into categories.
