Abstract

In the article the basic conceptual approach is presented near the psychological prophylaxis of the negative functional states of specialists-metallurgists in the conditions of production activity. Classification of this approaches is developed, expounded and analyzed their substantive provisions. Basic ways and facilities of optimization and prophylaxis of the unfavorable functional states are considered.
