The theoretical problems of psychological safety and psychological safety in the educational environment are examined in the article. The peculiarities of the psychological safety of the educational environment in the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine in Kharkov are studied among cadets and students, analyzer the dependence of situational anxiety and security, satisfaction and attitude to the educational environment of the university.
