Abstract

In the article the theoretical aspects of forming of syndrome of the emotional burning down are examined in professions subject-subject type. The conceptual positions in reference to the specifics of this phenomenon in the professions of social orientation are analyzed. Particular attention is focused on studying the factors that initiate the appearance of symptoms of burnout among specialists of «helping» professions.
