Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of theoretical argumentation and Ukrainian language adaptation for application in the National Police widely distributed in the west “Big five locator questionnaire”, based on the five-factor model of personality. The authors disclose the core of theoretical model that describes personality with the help of five factors: extraversion:, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness for experience. The results of experiment, devoted to adaptation of “Big five locator” questionnaire are described as well.
