TO THE QUESTION OF UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE PSYCHOANALYTIC CONNOTATIONS OF C.G. JUNG AND IN THE EASTERN PHILOSOPHICAL SYSTEMS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the philosophical analysis of a complex of questions related to understanding and interpretation of the problem of consciousness in analytical psychology of K. G. Yung. The special emphasis is made on the historico-philosophical parallels between the philosophy of consciousness in Buddhism and yoga and Yung's interpretation of the same subject.
