COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COPYING-RESOURCES OF TEACHERS OF SCHOOLS OF VARIOUS TYPES

Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental study carried out within the framework of a resource approach to coping with stress and devoted to the problem of coping resources of teachers of general schools of various types. In the course of the comparative analysis, the intraprofessional features of coping resources of teachers of general education schools of various types have been determined, and the relationship between emotional burnout and lack of coping resources among educators has been established. The qualitative specificity of the obtained links, their conditionality by the features of professional activity in this or that educational environment is proved.
