Abstract

It has been considered the current state of the problem of the stylistic characteristics of the personality who makes decisions. The properties of determination (swiftness, thoroughness, flexibility) are analyzed as an integral characteristic of the personality. It has been presented the results of the correlation analysis of the interrelationships of poorly developed the indices of the person's determination with personality properties that participate in the determination of decision-making. The profiles of psychological properties have been described in persons who are characterized by their properties of determination
