NETWORK OF SOCIAL SUPPORT AS A COPING RESOURCE OF THE PROFESSIONAL SELFACTUALIZATION OF WOMEN

Abstract

The paper considered the concept of network of social support as an important coping resource of the pro­fessional selfactualization of women. There are analyzed the scientist`s researches that concerned the necessity of effective network of social support in the process of woman`s becoming as a professional, mother and wife. It is noted that the presence of an effective network has a positive impact on the women`s psychological health.
