AUTHENTICITY IN THE UKRAINIAN TEACHER’S WORKPLACE

Abstract

This article is devoted to the concept of person authenticity, in particular in the context of his professional activity. It is outlined the popular methodology of authentication in foreign psychology. The results of the adaptation of authenticity questionnaires to the Ukrainian-language sample are analyzed, data on their validity and reliability are presented. The features and the structural model of the authenticity of specialists of socionomic professions are outlined. It is established that teachers have a moderate level of authenticity, which testifies to the understanding of their true self, if necessary, to more closely correspond to a social role than to show their individuality.
