THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARTIES OF SEXUAL BEHAVIOR AMONG MODERN WOMEN

Abstract

The article presents various scientific approaches to the study of sexuality: biomedical, sociocultural and psychological. The results of an empirical study of the intimate-personal sphere of life of a modern woman are analyzed. The content of sexual behavior as a socio-psychological phenomenon is disclosed and the im- portance of the social experience of the individual in the process of sexual socialization through the notion of “sexual scenario” and “sexual fantasies” is emphasized.
