COACHING TECHNIQUES IN THE WORK OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST: POTENTIAL AND CHALLENGES

Abstract

In the article author outlines the place of coaching in the structure of the organizational psychologists’ activity. The opportunities and perspectives of using coaching technologies in domestic organizations, in particular the use of coaching as a management style, the introduction of оrganizational culture through coaching technologies, training values, development and continuous education, coaching of teams are carried out. The functions and benefits of using coaching in the organization are outlined.
