Abstract

The theoretical analysis of the emotional intelligence phenomenon have been presented. The importance of the adaptive function and protection against stress of the emotional intelligence in the context of the vital crisis successful overcoming have been pointed up. The results of empirical studies of the role of emotional Intelligence of internally displaced subjects in the successful life crisis overcoming have been analyzed and summarized.
