TARGET OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE PUPIL'S AGENCY DEVELOPMENT

The article actualized the need to define the content aspects of the organization of psychological and peda- gogical support for the development of the agency of the pupil’s personality in conditions of educational field modernization. The phenomenology of personal agency as a regulator of educational change has been substantiated. The basic questions of the focus of the educational process on the subject-oriented collaboration, in
particular, the humanization and humanitarization of education, technological aspects of the person-oriented co-operation, the method of coaching, the need for changing the schemes of mental activity in the assessment of the agent and agency context of pupil perception, have been analyzed. The significance of the development of an individual educational trajectory in providing psychological and pedagogical support for the development of pupil's agency has been revealed.
